Central A/C Installation
This company installed mini splits in my home. At first I really liked them because they worked really hard and long to put them in. After that, a lot of electrical issues seemed to be popping up, so I had an electrician come by. The electrician found the hole they drilled into my $10,000 BRAND NEW breaker box (which is outdoors) , a few little issues inside the box, and then informed me that the wire they used outside was only rated for indoor use and I will have issues with it further down the road. So at this point I?m trying to contact choice one AC WHO DOESNT SEEM TO ANSWER THE PHONE EVER. I had to do literal research to find an alternate number that I called at least twice a week until someone answered one day. He said to send over pictures and they would come out. Then they ghosted me again. Now I?m at the point where I will have to get a different company to come by and fix what they did wrong and pay for it out of pocket instead of have it covered under warranty.Save yourself

I have used Choice 1 several times over the past couple of years. They have repaired, replaced and maintained all my HVAC equipment. Their commitment to excellence is rarely seen these days.
