Jesse came, diagnosed the problem and found the run capacitor in the a/c unit had failed. Luckily he had a new replacement capacitor in his truck. Within 45 mins the job was done and the air soon blowing cold again. Job well done!

My mother's air conditioner stopped working in the middle of a heat wave. She got a recommendation and the repair guy came out and advised that she needed a new condenser at a cost of $5,6000. Yes, "eye popping". I went to Home Adviser and based on the recommendations selected Choice Builders. Jesse went the next day to do an estimate/repair. The diagnosis was that a main wire had been disconnected that prevented the condenser from working. Jesse re-hooked the wire and the air conditioner started, The repair cost was nominal. I just want everyone to know that there are people out there that prey on the elderly and then there are honest folks like Jesse willing to do the right thing. In the event that we do need a condenser, I would not hesitate to call Choice Builders to do the work , knowing that I will get a fair price and excellent work. Thanks, HA & Jesse!!!!

Jesse was very responsive and professional. My Central A/C unit broke down during a heat wave. Jesse was able to re-arrange his schedule so he could get to me ASAP. Jesse got the job done the same day. We were very pleased with his work and will use again if needed.

We live out of state, and had to find someone to assist my parents when their air-conditioner was not working properly. The company had a wonderful man to their home in a few hours, and although he could have charged them a fortune for the emergency visit, he completed a simple repair and could not have been kinder to them. This job was supposed to be an easy thermostat upgrade to a new smart thermostat. as with any old house its always more involved than meets the eye and it wouldn't power up after installation. Jesse took his time to find that the wiring at the blower unit for the ac was not as marked and patiently rewired my whole AC system. highly recommended! don't hesitate to hire Jesse.

I appreciated the offer to repair where he could have easily said we needed to replace. We were up and running within the hour. He's honest knowledgeable and knows what he's doing.

Excellent service. Did above and beyond to fix a broken heater during the first freezing day of winter this year. Also explained what he was seeing and working on through out the whole process.

Jesse was very accommodating both from a date/time setting to what needed to be done. The unit was installed only a few days ago and it is still working (I will not comment on the performance and quality of the work until a few months pass). The only reason I gave them a 4.5 star vs a 5 star is that when they left, there were small peaces of duct tape and metal on the floor. They could have made sure everything was cleaned up before they left. I would hire them again without hesitation.

Throughout the process, with my original request being to replace a part that another contractor said was not available, Jesse was very cooperative and professional. He could have won a great rating just on how he handled this. But because of this, we decided to ask him for a quote for a new, high efficiency system. He easily beat three other quotes. And Jesse and his assistant, Will, got our new furnace installed and running when we needed it. I will recommend them to others and hope to use them again for other services. When you have to spend the money on a new furnace, you want to feel good about, if you can. We do, and could not be happier with them.
