Choice Contractors

We were so excited to work with Courtney and Choice Contractors on our full exterior remodel?but we now realize we chose poorly. Our concerns were met with rudeness and hostility and an empty promise to address issues if they manifested after the project was completed. Choice did not possess the knowledge needed to accurately repair and redirect our uniquely styled butterfly roof leading to excessive water runoff in areas where no gutters and downspouts have been installed, likey leading to issues of siding and deck rot down the road. ?and less than a month and a half after the projects completion the paint has begun to crack and peel, likely owing to their insistence that it would be fine to paint in below-freezing temperatures. Two examples of many issues. We have since attempted to contact Choice but have been ignored and blocked. The unprofessionalism after a 140K investment is horrifying. Learn from our mistakes and choose someone else.

We started off the business relationship with high hopes and big expectations, but eventually came to realize that we had made the wrong call in hiring Choice Contractors. It became increasingly obvious that the owner and project manager were ready to move on from our project as quickly as possible as opposed to taking the time to ensure the job was done right. The owner, in particular, exhibited rude and hostile behavior through text and calls, pushing aside our concerns and placating us with promises to be back out to address any issues that might arise. Since they completed our full exterior remodel we have noted that, less than 4 weeks from the projects conclusion, the paint has started to crack and peel, likely owing to the fact that they painted our home in below-freezing weather. Additionally, they grossly misrepresented their roofing acumen for our butterfly style roof and we are now faced with issues of excessive water runoff in areas where no downspouts or gutters are installed. We attempted to contact them to make the situation right, but they ignored our attempts, eventually flagging our numbers, and blocking us from all social media accounts. After 140K spent with Choice Contractors, we are disgusted at their lack of professionalism and unwillingness to stand by the quality of their work.

We spent a great deal on money with the contractor, but they do NOT have our recommendation. My wife and I were disappointed in the lack of professionalism exhibited by our point person on our recent project. There were many disappointing aspects to our interactions with the point person on our project. They were unwilling to address concerns, and they were rude with my wife and I when we brought up questions and concerns about the projects we were having completed which included roofing and siding among other things. The project managers insisted on very quick, inconveniently timed project completion walk-throughs which resulted in one of us being unable to be present to inspect the work or give timely feedback. They even insisted we do one of the walk-throughs at night which we should not have agreed to in hindsight. They did a mediocre clean up job on our property as there were nails in our driveway and we are still finding nails and debris in our landscaping and water features. We have already had an issue with the roof and there are issues with the paint on our siding and we are barely a month removed from the completion of our project. They entered a verbal agreement to come back and address issues if they arose, but after 10+ contact attempts multiple messages left over the span of 10 days, it appears they do not intend to stand behind that and I believe they blocked our phone numbers from going through to their phone or voicemail. I cannot imagine a more unprofessional customer service than what we experienced with this contractor. Invest your money in a more reputable team.

Professional and detailed service. Excellent customer service and focused on the details that made this a 5 star review. From the beginning of the project the team demonstrated their knowledge in planning the steps necessary to achieve my goals and offered great advice on materials and color selection for my home. I am thrilled at the finished result and amazed to find professions who truly go the extra mile with padding on extra pricing. I will be using this company again for future projects and sharing them with friends and family.

I was so satisfied with this service! I asked for a 500 sq. foot deck and not only did it come out perfect, but they were extremely genuine and hard workers. Very reliable, and the finish came out gorgeous! Highly recommend them.

Hired them to pressure wash my driveway and sidewalks. Everything looks brand new, I didn't know it was possible to restore it that much! I'd highly recommend for any home improvement project!

Very easy to work with. Very professional and responded quickly. They did an amazing job with my bathroom remodel. I hired them again for my kitchen remodel as well as living room and basement. They have fair prices and finished each job on time. Even when running into issues they communicated well and found a solution quickly that satisfied everyone.
