excellent and fast. even worked late at night to accommodate my work schedule.

Did not finish job after partial payment. Left with paid for material necessary to finish project. Did not remove trash as per contract. Slow. Only work half days. No ability to prioritize. No urgency in completing project. Made verbal time lines then missed them and/or left with materials/work supplies. Good thing it was a fence job. Wouldn't want them working inside the house.

The worse ... have pictures to prove incompetence and unprofessionalism. Makes me doubt using home advisor.

Got the job done.

Master Bedroom air transfer hot/cold 10* degree difference from other rooms. Thought we would install a ductless unit, Chad came up with a real money saving strategy that really works. Installing an inline booster fan set up on a separate on/off switch installed in master, results are unbelievable and what a cost saver. Chad could've went ahead and installed a more expensive strategy, but said lets go this way first, and if this doesn't work we will discuss a more aggressive plan, I ask you when is the last time you hired a construction company and they had your budget in mind fist and not thier profits?

pressure washing job

I hired Chad first to restrain my exterior wood columns, he did such excellent job I hired him to install 2 roof turbin vents. I hired him for the 3rd time to completely paint exterior of my home. He and his son's along with another did an excellent job. Chad and I went through the paint selections, which looking at paint samples one never knows what it will look like. After they completed a 4 separate stain and paint the house has a whole different attitude, and curb appeal. Very happy with the final product.

I hired Choplin to build a washroom for a washer and dryer on my back deck, add lattice to the decking, and other projects. They are very dependable and their workmanship is excellent. I enjoyed working with them. I would recommend them for any project.

Responsive and pretty good quality work. Make sure you get everything in writing, he tends to forget what he quotes.
