Gas Furnace Install-Rude and unprofessional crew, including owner Brandon. They created a major oil spill under the house, said they?d clean it up but never did until months later after numerous requests threats of legal repercussions. Then there was complications with the furnace that was unsafe for use during winter weather. Months went by again with numerous requests to fix the problem with no return phone calls, until again threats of legal repercussions were made. Since then Brandon continues to make false promises of correcting his installation error, setting up appt dates, and then not appearing to complete the job. It?s clear that he is waiting for his installation warranty to expire after getting your money! Unprofessional ass! Steer clear! Shoddy work, doesn?t care about how he leaves your house a mess after install, doesn?t take the time to answer service calls on HIS work, makes false promises on service appt dates, and lies/places blame on others for his mistakes.

Luck would have it that they had the opportunity to come a day earlier then I scheduled. They contacted us and verified someone would be around. I had prior plans to replace my 2-ton unit in late fall. With the great customer service, quick response, and quickly diagnosing the problem, he was done just a little more then an hour after arrive.. Great service.
