Very professional business, with thorough workers who did an excellent job of window washing. They cleaned the windows inside and out plus washed the screens and installed them too. In 37 years our windows never looked so clean. Hope to have them back next year!

Horrible

I hired Chore Buddies for a one-time deep clean and discussed the option of a future weekly cleaning service. They were 1 hr late for appt, and charged me different amounts than quoted over the phone. (I was quoted $63/hr over the phone, but then charged $69/hr for my deep clean). I was also quoted $29/hr for a future maid service (2 hrs weekly "surface clean"), but then told in person that it would be $138 total weekly charge (for what was still estimated to be 2 hrs of cleaning per week). For my one-time deep clean, basics were missed to include: bathroom garbages were not removed, baseboards were not touched, nor was interior of my oven (even after I opened it and showed them that I had ran the self cleaning option the night before and all it needed was wiped out). I also told them not to worry about the refrigerator (I cleaned it as they did). The reason this upsets me is that I was told it would take aprx. 3 hrs for deep clean of my home to include the oven and refrigerator. Even though they touched neither, I was still charged for 3 hrs of cleaning at $69/hr. I feel that if they didn't need to touch either, and other "basics" were missed, that it shouldn't have taken two people 3 hrs to do what I could have myself in the same amount of time.

They were right on time, but did not seem to know what I wanted done. They had to be reminded of several things, for example, to dust the furniture. Seemed in a hurry to leave. I had quite a bit of touch up to do after they left
