The company had changed its name when she came to quote the job in April 2021 to Luckyace Construction. We discussed what I wanted for the bathroom remodel. I questioned why her company was listed with Angis as a painting company and was told they did remodeling. The owner Nasha came in April and I showed her pictures of the items that I wanted, such as the vanity, shower head, faucet, toilet, sink, vent fans, and the type of tile job for the shower. The job was to start on May 25. May 25 they gutted my bathroom even though she had not ordered any materials. On May 28 we picked out the shower door, medicine cabinet, light fixture, shower, and floor tile. She was to order the toilet, sink, and vet fan from the pictures that I showed her in April. I went from May to September without a shower or toilet in a home that only had one full bath due to delays in ordering materials and excuses as why the workers could not come to a lot of days. October 12 I find out that I am being sued by the cabinet maker because she wrote a bad check. She also never ordered my shower door and I have been using a temporary shower curtain. As of October 15, a project that started May 25 is still not complete.
