You receive a professional report and a monthly newsletter indicating the status of the existing appliances and giving you the capability to add, change, and/or delete any appliance as needed. 3) The option of having an 18-month Home Warranty for the price of 12 months. 4) FREE concierge service. We have a team ready to set up your home's utilities (as needed) with only 1 phone call. 5) A 5-year roof leak repair coverage plan starting at the time of the inspection. 6) A 120-Day Radon Protection Plan (if radon testing is performed).

Radon Gas Testing
Tom showed up on time and talked to the site manager at the construction site to make sure he would be able to put his equipment in and leave it for the weekend so that we would get the best results possible. We plan on bringing him back to do a full home inspection a few moths after we are in the house.

Complete Home Inspection
I hired Tom Goodno a second time for a home inspection. The first time he convinced me that the pristine appearing home was not sound, to my good fortune. This second time he found that the fixer upper home with poor appearances did not have deep flaws and would be a sound base for cosmetic improvements. I trust his thoroughness and his recommendations. He graciously made up for a mistake caused by the realtors which I felt was way beyond what anyone should expect of him. So many people messed up the transaction that he completely stood out like a star for his competence and firm reliability. I recommend Tom Goodno for his expertise and also for being a nice person.

Complete Home Inspection
I chose Tom Goodno for his excellent and concise communications skills. Tom spent a good amount of time under the townhouse in a low crawl space (other inspectors I have hired in the past did not which cost me). Tom located a cracked beam and sagging beams, hazardous weight of the new HVAC on a deck not properly supported, mold and drainage issues; serious repairs totalling about 5% of the home value. Interestingly enough, I originally had few concerns about this property. Because of the complex's size and turnover, I would expect other inspectors are finding far less.

Tom was on time, and very easy to work with. He found items for repair that I would have never thought needed repair. The best part of his inspection is the report. It is easy to read and interpret. I definitly reccomend Chosen Home Inspections, Inc.

Tom of Chosen Home Inspections is fantastic. He was professional and knowledgeable, and freely shared his knowledge and observations. While performing the inspection, he took time out to alert us to his findings and provide context for his report (which he turned around QUICKLY). He was very thorough, and even took time out to remediate certain defects that affected his inspection. We feel very confident in the quality of his work, and are pleased that we got the chance to work with him.

Very professional and very knowledgable. He talked through and showed us every issue he found in the home inspection. I was impressed with his attention to detail and the way he communicated his findings to us and the seller's realtor. We had the home inspection, radon testing & termite inspection all done at the same time which was very convenient. Being in homebuilding for 14 years, I have seen quite a few home inspectors. Tom by far has blown all of them away and I would definitely recommend him!

We would gladly recommend Chosen Home Inspections to anybody who is in need of good home inspection. Tom was able to help us out on very short notice and a very reasonable price. He showed up on time and the inspection took about 3 hours. We were amazed at the extend he went through inspecting the house and the attention to detail. He answered our questions and concerns as we went through the house. The sellers children was still in the house and I have to say that Tom really dealt very well with the situation. Wish there was more space to write but all in all especially if you are new to the area you will be happy with this company!

Needed mold testing ASAP due to violent medical reponse, Tom came and tested the place within 3 hrs of my first phone call. He was knowledgeable and professional. Tests were mailed out overnight. He gets my highest marks.

Complete Home Inspection
This is not my first home, so I was tempted to forego the inspection. I'm glad I didn't. I called Tom on very short notice and he was able to help me. He did a thorough job, was very professional, and a pleasure to work with. He provided a detailed report with pictures AND a recall report. He found things that I clearly would have overlooked.
