Unprofessional and unreliable. I initially scheduled a walkthrough with the owner, but he canceled at the last minute due to an emergency. I understood and rescheduled. He showed up for the new appointment and completed the first cleaning. I was set up for a bi-weekly service, but on the day of my second cleaning, he neither showed up nor contacted me. After multiple calls and texts, Adalberto Chow finally responded, requesting to reschedule due to yet another emergency. While I understand that emergencies happen, the lack of communication is unacceptable. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Very thorough cleaning of all areas that hadn't been cleaned in some time. Some time constraints due to their late arrival (not their fault) and I had to leave. But don't feel that they missed any areas. 4/2- 2nd cleaning by them -very thorough and efficient. Will have them back.

Chow Connections is an excellent cleaning company! I hired them when I first moved into my place and they were prompt, thorough and reliable. They showed up same day when another company I had hired failed to show. Now that I am moving out, they are the only ones I called to come back. Highly recommend them!
