Chris did a good job giving us what we asked for. Only issue was a few screws missing in the deck and one of the gates rubbing after only a couple months. I corrected the issue and all is good.

He really saw me coming. As a recent widow trying to fulfill my and my late husbands dream remodel I was deceived right from the start. He led me to believe that he had a crew that would come in and do the entire project in about a month. (Gut kitchen, gut bathroom and install about 600sq ft hardwood floors) No crew at all. His common law father in law was here only to "do the dump runs to keep him busy and give him some pocket money". Chris was the only "crew". The hardwood floors have gaps so big you can roll a quarter down them. Baseboard was installed on the side of a free standing bookcase. The tile work in the shower is terrible. I asked for a 6" strip of mosiac tile to go around the shower. While I was gone he did a 12" strip because the 6" didn't look right to him so he made a "judgement " call and did it his way. He never finished the bathroom (when he left his email said not to use the shower wand because it will leak into the wall because someone must have tampered with it when he wasn't around) and the kitchen is not complete. Missing cabinets, island not completed, no backsplash installed and the molding at top and bottom of cabinets missing. He walked off the job after talking me out of almost all of the money. He said it was all my fault because locking myself in my bedroom with two dogs for two and a half months and renting portable potties wasn't enough, I should have moved out. So many more complaints that I could not put them all here. Things were not ordered on time and it was always someone else's fault. I would never recommend this outfit to my worst enemy. Now I am out lots of money around ($34,000.00) and have lots of expensive work and repairs remaining.

Is Chris Benedict even in business any more? I hired him to install a new roof at my home which I was happy with until the first rainstorm and the skylight started leaking. I've called Christ 5-6 times and left a message each time but haven't heard back from him. If anyone has any information on this please reply here so I can determine next steps - thank you.

We used Chris Benedict to replace our roof. He was very knowledgeable and corrected some problems which stemmed from the first installation. He and his team were excellent. They showed up on time and worked hard each day. They also did a fine job of cleaning up on a daily basis. The roof looks great! We would not hesitate to give Chris and his men an A PLUS rating. Chris is also our go to guy for carpentry.

You might have to redo the work

I called and he came out the next day. Within 1 week he removed the tree and leaned up the area. He was very prompt.
