Electrical Wiring or Panel Upgrade
Second time I hired Chris and his assistant Mike, ist time replaced my circuit breaker box and this time found a problem on a ceiling fan and fixed my brothers electrical box. Great service and value both times. Will go to them any time I have a electrical issue. Thanks Chris and Mike.

Chris Cook Electric is excellent. They've been to our house twice and we highly recommend them. The first time, Mike installed a GFCI outlet for a bathtub and the next time he installed a ceiling fan box and helped us with a flickering light fixture. They were efficient, friendly and honest. An awesome local company that we will continue to use.

Nice guys, they just did not know how to troubleshoot. Had to call in another electrician to repair and finish the job.

Apparently, whatever is going wrong in your house was not able to be found when we were there, again thank you for your comments have a blessed day. Why did it take you six months to give this review? It was a beeping noise after you took everything down off the walls, smoke detectors, door chime, and security siren still a beeping noise in your house. You live there and you could not find the beeping noise."

Very professional but electrician had to use a ladder. There was dirt on the ladder and it got on carpet and floor.

Your Doctor does not get you in and out in 15 minutes and he does not even make house calls. Our service call is from 1 minute to 60 minutes and your call only took 15 minutes we still came to you with all the knowledge to fix your problem and still gave you a Military Discount! You said too pricey for 15 minutes...why?"

The electric breaker box cover was reinstalled incorrectly, left wires pinched, and caused my refrigerator to not run. I called to inform him of the issue, he disagreed, and would not refund me any of the $200.00 of the service call that I paid! I did not expect a full refund, only a partial. He also hung up on me! Totally unprofessional and rude!

"Not true!!! The cover was installed back the way I found it exactly. She called on Sunday I quoted her a price to come out on Sunday and the bitching started. If you do not want to pay a weekend rate then wait till tomorrow on Monday. While there she threw a couple of F-bombs out about everything the park this the park that. She rents a spot and they provide her the power. Her 50 amp receptacle and 50 amp cord have burnt the hell up I took pictures to show her. Then 30 hours later she called saying I put her panel cover on wrong which made her refrigerator go out. So no true!!! She wanted monies $$$ off what she paid for already."

His crew is awesome. They worked very hard for two days doing jobs for me that were out of the norm...besides all the wiring issues, they also hung ceiling fans and light fixtures for us. Crawled through a tight attic to fix wiring problems and installed new lights for outside. Will be calling them next week to come and do a wiring job for some Sheds that we had built this week. Highly recommend this company.

Chris Cook Electric replaced my existing main power box that houses the FPL meter. Added a newer larger box that allowed me to go from 200amp service to a dual 200amp service for an added accessory building 150 ft. away. Chris took care of all the necessary Brevard County Zoning requirements, scheduled the FPL power disconnect, did the work, got the County Zoning Inspection approval and coordinated with FPL to install a new meter to handle the dual system. On top of that ran and wired (2) 50amp motors to run a new swim spa. All this done at a very reasonable fee. His crew was very knowledgeable and Chris was there the entire time during this project. I will never use another electrical company having had such great success with this project by Chris Cook Electric.
