Working with Chris at De Souza Tile and Marble was one of the best experiences I've had with a contractor. He did a tub to shower conversion for us. He came exactly when he said to provide the estimate and showed up when he said he would while doing the job. The price was competitive and Chris did an excellent job. He took care to make sure we understood what he was doing and why and the end result was phenomenal and better than I pictured when designing the project. I will absolutely hire Chris again for my next bathroom project.

We hired Chris to do a shower to tub conversion as both the bathrooms in our home were showers only. From the very first phone call with Chris, he was the most professional, knowledgeable, and informative of all the prospective contractors we interviewed. During the job, Chris was timely, thorough, and worked overtime to not only get the job done but to get the job done correctly. Every day he laid plastic down in the house to avoid tracking in dirt from the outside. And every day he stopped, he removed the plastic and cleaned the entire area very well. He was meticulous in detail in everything from the base prep of the walls to the final caulking and cleanup at the end of the job. This was right at the holidays, and he still worked tirelessly, all day, multiple days to get the job done. We are extremely happy with his work and would use him again for any other tile and/or bathroom work we needed done. Chris is also very personable and professional and extremely easy to work with.

Excellent work

I hired Chris to do my elderly parents entire house flooring, it is beautiful and they are extremely happy with the quality and attention to detail. He did the job by himself and was very careful around their belongings and kept a clean worksite daily. It was a fairly large job but he finished in a timely manner. I will hire him for any tile needs I have and would highly recommend him to anyone seeking quality tile work.
