I thank you very much to him that Chris Halligan Services. I complained to him that he over charged me and I think he ever charged me and he was very fair. He came back and gave me back $100. He charged me $450 but he came back and refunded the $100 to me. And I am very happy customer right now, not only to Angi but also with Chris Halligan Services and it is very fair to let you guys know.

Chris was very polite and continued to work even tho he got wet!!! He fixed the water sprinkles and found 2?huge leaks that will bring him back here on wed. We look forward to working with him again

I had a major leak in a sprinkler system that I did not use. I discovered this at 10 am on new Year Eve. Chris came out within the hour and quickly evaluated and fixed the problem. He saved me a ton of money, water and worry on new Year Eve. The price he charged was more than fair on a holiday with short notice. I was happy I chose his services and definitely recommend him.
