I want to warn others about my distressing experience with Chris Padmore of Chris Climate Control LLC. After paying him $10,000 in advance for labor and materials to install split AC units, Chris only brought half the materials (excluding the condenser) and never returned to complete the work. Despite numerous calls and texts, he failed to deliver or install the condenser, leaving the units non-functional. Our family has endured the summer heat without AC, causing significant discomfort, especially for members with asthma. We've spent additional thousands of dollars to try and rectify the issue, which remains unresolved due to his poor setup and bad recommendations for unit sizes based on room square footage. This is a clear case of fraudulent behavior. I strongly urge others to avoid Chris Padmore and Chris Climate Control LLC. Do not fall victim to this scammer as we did.
