About us

My name is Chris Howell and I have been in the appraisal business since 2006. I am a certified "residential" real estate appraiser and certified by the state of California. I take great pride in my quality of work and excellent customer service. I specialize in appraisals for divorce proceedings, trusts, estates, tax purposes, expert witness testimony and simple market value. Appraisals for new mortgages, refinancing and PMI removal are typically ordered directly by lenders or their representatives.
