Chris did an excellent job! He was professional, polite, through, considerate of property (and pets), and pleasant to work with. My home looks wonderful. I would recommend him without reservation.

This is my third reply on this man. I have been trying to reach him for weeks to come back and finish the paint job. He promised to put another coat on because where he fixed the cracks it is showing through the first coat. I called him again last week he answered, and said he would be here this past Tuesday. He never showed and now he is ignoring my calls. I am very disappointed that what he started he cannot finish and he has been paid. I did not see the mistake until days after it was done. I cannot give him a recommendation because I am so unhappy that my paint job is not what it should be. It was just painted in May and it is already coming off on parts of the house now I will have to pay to have someone else come and put another coat on where he did not paint, Or else take him to court

Chris was very involved (hands on), he answers all questions (before, during and after) and returned every call in a timely manner. All qualities that are rare in these times. Our home looks amazing, The neighbors are praising his work. Pricing was reasonable, prep and product applied well... Outstanding!!! Would recommend this gentleman without trepidation!!! This is being written by a builder from the mid west and a Past President of the Citrus County Builders Association which did not affect this job process in any way. Chris Larkin and John were very professional and did so much extra while they were painting the outside my over four thousand six hundred square foot house in Pine Ridge, FL. Right from the beginning Chris was on time for his quote and was very professional. Chris quoted me a price which was excellent in comparison to others. He then had a very straight forward contract and well written contract that we both got copies of. Chris Larkin Painting is licensed and insured which means a lot if you have any problem with your contractor. you have some recourse He told me they would start next week but they finished a job early and Chris called and ask if they could start earlier, which I agreed to. The next day was Friday and both Chris and John were here on time and power washing the house. Monday morning came and again they were right on time and came well prepared to do the job. Both men were very professional and knew just what had to be done and when it was to be done. They worked together like a well oil machine and worked a full day every time they came. As I said earlier both men went way over and above what a normal painting crew would do. They did an excellent job and while they were working there was no loud music playing outside and no foul language of any kind.. Even though the job took more materials then Chris had figured on he still honored his price quote and did not even ask for a penny more.. Now that is integrity and true professionalism To sum this up I would hire this Chris Larkin Painting again with out a doubt. We were very impressed with the prep work that Chris told us about and then completed- digging trenches around the house, pressure washing, repairing areas of need, etc. He works by himself but he is so thorough in his work and such a professional. He was on time everyday and we are so very pleased with his work. We have recommended him to our neighbors.

If you want your house painted in one day... you will want to go with a large company that subcontracts.Chris completed our home as we discussed (dodging rain forecasts). We hired Chris because we wanted a personal touch. No subcontractors that simply don't care. Chris took time to tell us the whole process and was super pleasant while on the job (and professional). Even my crazy dog, Darla, loved him and she doesn't like strangers at all. Since he did such a great job, my two neighbors also hired him.

Chris was AWESOME to work with. Professional. On time. Great price. His workmanship and attention to detail was spot on. Listened to what we wanted and gave great suggestions. This was a total color transformation to this old ,ugly and tired (brown) house. We LOVE coming home to our new blue house.
