Chris Manning Communities manages our community. His management team is incapable of conducting any of their duties , are disrespectful to employees and customers and have no attention to detail. Facilities and amenities are deteriorating with no attempt to maintain. Stay away from anything with Chris Mannings name on it!

not what we thought, They did not finish the rest of the work. Took 7 months to finish the job, and it SUCKS the colors do not match as I ask for and they did not show up on time not once over the 7 months of working. Left their mess.

We used Chris Manning Communities in January/February of 2022. We purchased an older home that needed updating (from 2004). We had our entire home painted inside, HVAC cleaned out, new can lights, new light switches, new vents, ceiling fans, lighting, and an amazing pantry that was custom made. It is pretty incredible and we love it. Our kitchen cabinets were repainted, new hardware, sinks, and faucets were installed. Honestly, it was nice to have the work managed by Maggie and Larry from Chris Manning Communities. It took away a lot of the hassle.
