payed to have additional work done. After last payment done, extra work not done. Have tried numerous times to call, all unanswered. Had a leak after heavy rains. Call to them unanswered.

The initial discussion with the supervisor was very professional. No time was wasted in making the repairs we needed and the company did a quality job. We were very pleased and will come back to them as needed for future work.

Fast follow up and they fixed my leak.

I believe the work done was excellent. And extremely productive. My only complaint was the billing. I wanted to be billed directly. They collected the payment from my sister, and now I wrote my check to my sister. I wanted the cancelled check of the business for my expense, or tax purpose. Otherwise, I guess it was OK. Job done was in Honolulu, I live and am in Omaha Nebraska, communication was done through e-mail, faxes and telephone.

Good price. Nice work. No leaks. Satisfied. Warm and pleasant service. Trustworthy. I would use them again.

Workmanship is good. They could do a little better if they have a cell phone contact.

Chris responded very fast; He came to visit and talk to us and then came back with a quote. He was very professional, knowledgeable and polite. We were pleased in all aspectis of his quotation. Will take this into consideration before actually doing the roof maintenance.
