Oven or Stovetop Repair or Service
Chris'll Fixit was hired by Whirlpool for a warranty repair on my new range. They replaced a burner and switch to try and fix a burner that did not operate correctly. They had no clue how it was supposed to work and lied to Whirlpool saying it was repaired and operating as it should after replacing the parts. In the process of replacing the parts they scratched and bent my new range in several places so much so that a competent repairman refused to fix it. I was stuck with Chris. He did finally figure it out with help from tech support and promised to fix the damage his company did. It's been 3 months and they have not done anything but lie and say they ordered parts. Stay away from this company. They are incompetent and they do NOT tell the truth.
