Chris did a great job at a fair price

Quality of the work was poor. He damaged an appliance which I had to pay for the repair. He installed inferior/damaged materials.

My first impression of Chris was his attentiveness and always immediately getting back with me. He is very knowledgeable about flooring and installed a beautiful vinyl plank in my condo. He did a great job and I would definitely recommend him. The only downside was that he wasn’t the cheapest quote I got, but I really liked him and his attitude. He had forgotten to measure and include the closet in the quote. He said, no problem, I have extra material at home. The surprise came when I got a charge for an additional $600 that I had not budgeted for. I guess I was too naive to ask him what he was going to charge for that closet and then have the option of deciding whether I wanted it done or not. Other than that, Chris was great, did a fantastic job, spending a lot of time getting my stairway done correctly! It is beautiful!

Chris and his assistant James did a super job at a fair price. He stated initially what the job would entail, how much time it would take, and at what price. They hit a home run in my book. I would hire them again.

Chris did an excellent job on adding flooring for my 3 bedrooms. On his first visit, he was clear and specific in explaining the process, schedule, and pricing. He backed up everything he said he was going to do, and finished on time. After it was done, it totally surpassed my expectations and I couldn't be happier with the job that they did. I consider myself very lucky that I went with him to do the job.

This young man was exemplary! He moved and replaced all my furniture and other items. His work is wonderful and he even too my garbage and recycling to the curb!

Sean is an excellent choice for your flooring needs. He came out the same day he contacted me and gave me an estimate. No hard sell tactics involved at all (I hate when salesmen try to push me into a commitment right away). He had plenty of samples to choose from with him. We found just the right one. The next week he came just when he said he would and got right to work. He finished the work and did an outstanding job. Cleaned up after himself too. Highly recommended by us!
