We hired Chris Plumbing on August 7 for a pump out and required RSS for our home sale. They were unable to complete the repair work, and the pump out and RSS were not completed even though we paid for a pump out. We only discovered the incomplete pump out when another company came out to do the repairs. Because the pump out hadn?t been done, we had to hire another company on August 8 to finish the job so our home sale could proceed. Chris, the owner, agreed to a full refund, but issuing it has been difficult?Venmo wasn?t working, and a check was sent to our old address. The refund still hasn?t been properly completed. This caused unnecessary stress during a critical time in our home sale. I would not recommend this company.

Greg came out for estimates on adding risers did lots of work on the septic itself. Found we needed assistance with drainage They were real quick to get new leach field in. Wonderful to work with!

Hired Chris Pluming and paid 3000 for a motor replacement for my septic tank, the work is 2 hours.... but never fixed my alarm. I kept calling them and no response.

Not many companies around like this now a days that genuinely care about their work and not just about how much money they can get from the costumers. Cannot thank you enough.

He did almost a rebuild of the entire system. But most of all, when someone drove over a spot and it caved in, Chris came back and reserviced the area. He did very nice work.

Did not complete job.

James was great. Not only did he explain what he was doing, he face timed us to show us the job site and the work that was being done. The work was done well and James was professional and available to answer any questions even after hours. He followed through from start to finish and we are very happy with his service. I would use Chrisâ  s Plumbing again and highly recommend them. Itâ  s not often you find businesses that still exist like this. Thanks again James.

Efficient

I had risers put on my septic tank and that went well but when it came time to pump the tank I was told that the estimated price of $475 was going to be $650. I had already gotten another bid for $475 and it included reporting to Pierce County so I went with the other company.

Chris' Plumbing did a good job. They were on time. They explained what they were doing and why. They cleaned up after themselves. The price was as agreed with no upselling. I would hire them again.

They arrived at the appointed time. Provided advice on maintaining the system and left the site in good condition

Called Chris over a weekend with a main water leak. He showed up Monday AM, was the first to make a quote, got his crew in asap and also helped with a drain filed issue no one else would touch. I will be telling my neighbors. THANKS!
