This plumber came out and diagnosed the different problems we were having. He advised that if he ran across a certain problem when he was into his repair, that he would refer me to a licensed plumber. I was surprised, thinking he was already licensed. But, I went ahead with the repairs and he did run into a problem that caused him to refer me to a license plumber he knew. I went ahead and things turned out fine.
