They were patient, helpful and understanding when we had to change course a couple times on the issues our water heater was having. They ended up guiding us through the process of installing a new tankless and we were very happy with the work and time they took to ensure the job was done correctly. Water heater started leaking and needed to be replaced. A straight forward job that some contractors like to pretend it’s a big deal. Not Christati, he quoted me over the phone a reasonable out the door price, and two days later did the job expertly. When he was delayed from starting at the scheduled time, he called multiple times to update me… much! Appreciated. Awesome job.
