Cash, at Christensen Construction did a complete demolition of an existing, old and unlevel, sinking, deck. It was probably 30 years old, or more, with dry rot and poor, disintegrating infrastructure. He did an excellent job at designing and structurally stabilizing and reinforcing all that was needed. He completely and correctly, built, rebuilt, replaced, the whole deck structure from ground up and decking. Approximately 3' tall, Approximately 8' × 21' He then topped off, finished, the deck structure, with new TREX Decking material. With hidden fasteners that give it a clean look. He also completely replaced some stairs. With new stairs, that he built. The new stairs drop off the deck to the yard, an unlevel yard. And the stairs are very professionally built . He tied the new deck and the stairs into the older home, just right, looks Great! It is now a beautiful, new, Level, Safe, Sturdy Deck. Very thankful to have found him, met him.
