Kelley doesn't return phone calls. Cory, the owner, did return calls but at times had an attitude & bad tone. We were told sod would be cut the morning of delivery.Very disappointed in quality of sod, it was so dried up. Was so dry that the dirt got into our screened in pool. Sod was laid unprofessionally, we have a lumpy yard. The sod is of poor quality as it is loaded with crab grass, broad leaf weeds, varieties of sledge. Paid extra for irrigation repairs.They were not repaired correctly Hired someone else to repair correctly. We have 5'x25' area that is dead. They refuse to replace it Service Magic has been great but not Christian Bros!

They did a great job and worked hard until it was complete with a small, courteous crew. My only complaint is lack of communication. I lost an entire day of pay waiting only to find that in would have to be the next day. Then lost another half day for the actual installation and repairing a broken sprinkler head. All in all, I would recommend them. The grass is great quality and I felt it was reasonably priced.

If you want a contractor to get in and get out, this one is probably for you, but if you want a contractor that does not complete the project and you cannot get them back to complete it, then this is probably the contractor for you also.I've been trying to get them back and fill in a spot that they thought I wanted left out, for about 3 or 4 weeks, they promise you that they will be there that week, i've heard this, like I said for 3 or 4 weeks now, I guess they think if they wait long enough that I will stop calling, I've watered the sod extra well and its not brown anymore, looks good, if only it was completed. Think about this.
