I challenged the specialist with spots on my carpet left by dog with epilepsy. He got the spots out and the entire 20 he old carpet looked like brand new. It is a commercial carpet, now I am waiting for another year to get new floors. I can get the house painted. The best.

I did receive great customer service, they were able to clean the floors and seal the grout the same day they came out to give the quote. I expected the floors to look different but they did not and it was a little pricey.

Had to have the person come back and reclean the sofa where he had left grease on pillows and not cleaned skirting. Also his vehicle left oil spots in my drive. Will not reuse. Very nice person however.
