Christian Cut Tree Service

Christian Cut was hired to remove a tree in our yard, cut and stack some cuts for firewood and then remove all the trunk and limb debris. They never came back to remove the logs and limbs that were left behind. Unfortunately I paid Frank Cross, the owner, before it was finished. I texted Frank Cross several times asking if he forgot us. He would say each time someone was coming over right then but they never did. The city finally picked it up. Don't pay Frank Cross until the job is completed because he will not come back. I believe he should take the name of Christian out of the company's name.

We had excellent results with Frank and crew cutting down five trees two days ago. They did a superb job and did it professionally.

Best company I have ever dealt with. They were priced fairly, was quick with quote and removal was done extremely quick for the tough project that it was. They also included the stump removal for free.

I could not recommend this company enough. Their service from start to finish was amazing and they worked on me with my project. I got more work done through them than I would have elsewhere, and it was done for half the price!

These guys were great. Got to work, did the job quickly and efficiently, cleaned the site, and some branches etc... that fell on neighbor's property (tree was VERY close to property line). I was so impressed, I'm having them come back to take down and grind a couple more trees

I have a good neighbor who was having his trees done and highly recommended this company. I spoke with the owner and had an estimate made, and was very impressed with the price, and this was for each tree. I had a dozen trees, of which 6 were to be removed and have the stumps ground. The crew was well equipped for the project and was able to get it ALL done by the end of the day. Everyone on the crew are talented in what they did and very courteous in whatever their need was. I highly recommend them to anyone for whatever you need in landscaping.

They cut and removed a large dead pine tree and seven other live trees. Did a great job and cleaned up well. Second time I have used them. Highly recommend.

I had storm damage from the 71 mph derecho winds that hit Donelson, TN consisting of several huge limbs as big as a tree. The crew easily removed some overhanging limbs above the house without any hitting the roof. I have used several tree service companies in the past, but none were as professional and as economically priced as Christian Cut in Madison. Christian Cut is an outstanding tree service company I will continue to use for all tree problems. They are the best tree service I have ever seen!

I scheduled them to take out a tree in back of my house. They called sooner than I though and wanted to come out that day. They said they were in the area. It had been raining a lot and the ground was very wet. I thought because of their good reviews that they would be able to handle the situation. The guys that actually took down the tree really knew what they were doing. The crew that cut up the tree did a good job,they even stacked the wood. They picked up the limbs and took them into the woods. The stump grinding is another story. It was understood that they would grind the stump and the roots that were sticking out of the ground. It was too wet to do this job. He grinded the stump and in the process flung bits of mud on the wood siding of the house, windows, stoop landing and deck and left a large pile of wood shavings and chips which I shoveled up and hauled off yesterday. It took 9 or 10 cartfuls. They had spread the shavings out with rakes to try and smooth it out,but the shavings were about 6" deep. I asked about all the shavings and they said they would rot away or absorb or something to that affect. You can't plant grass with all that wood on the ground. Also he missed grinding some of the roots. Also they got stuck in the mud along the driveway on the way out. On a drier day it wouldn't have been a problem. I have tried to contact this company several times, but have been unable to reach them. Satisfaction guaranteed?
