Chris had repaired our Samsung Refrigerator last year. He did a great job, cleaned up well after he finished the job. So we kept him in mind when we decided to change out our built in - over range - microwave oven with a new more feature laden unit. We found the appliance we liked and verified with Chris that it would fit. We ordered the unit and Chris very quickly worked us into his schedule. The removal of the old unit and replacement of the new (different brand) unit went very smoothly. Chris again cleaned up well after his work. Also his service pricing was very fair. We will definitely call on Chris again when we need expert appliance service. Attached is a photo of his finished installation. Everything with the installation is very level and proper.

He assessed the problem upon arrival and had our dishwasher running in less than 20 minutes. He was well mannered, well spoken, neat and very helpful. I would definitely call him again. We were initially worried we’d need to replace the fridge entirely, but Chris diagnosed the issue, repaired it quickly, and saved us a significant expense with a very reasonable service price. Since then, we’ve called him two other times, and he has always been willing to help. I strongly recommend keeping their number handy for any appliance issues. You won’t find better service.
