My first review rated the company as excellent. Since that review, the repair to my shower door was not repaired properly and the door fell off and shattered all over the bathroom. Luckily my daughter who was in the shower, did not get hurt. When I called to report what had happened, I was told that Turnkey would replace the door and re-install it. A worker came to my house to get measurements for the door but since then, I have not heard from the company. I have called to leave messages but the mailbox is full and cannot take messages. When calling didn't work, I sent Turnkey an email which was returned. Everyone that I dealt with were courteous and the other work was excellent and I had planned to use Turnkey for other repairs for my home. Now that it is October and I have not heard from them, I would not use them again nor would I recommend this company even though the price for services I needed was very reasonable. I am extremely disappointed because my first impression was a good one and was pleased with the steps and the walkway repair and the price. If this is not resolved, I will be forced to seek legal advice.

They work with you to make sure job is done satisfactorily. Contact you if there is an issue and very courteous. I enjoyed working with the team of this company.

I had steps repaired, front walk way repaired, and a shower door repaired. After getting several quotes from independent handymen who did not follow through, I met with Christian, the owner, selected Turnkey LLC. What impressed me the most was he was willing to work within my budget. I am on a fixed income and needed to keep costs down and he helped me achieve my goal. The work was excellent and the employees that did the work were professional. I was relieved that rather than having to get a new shower door, as I had been told, the existing one was repaired. I was also told that the exterior steps had to be torn out and rebuilt with wood. My steps were repaired over the existing concrete ones and are now safe. l will continue to use Turnkey and highly recommend the company.

I initially gave the money, but it was not very long when a young man came and then went to Home Depot, after that, I lost communication and there is no way that they return a phone call to let me know what is happening, I will not hire them again.

The home improvement experts almost immediately became like family because of their kindness and very friendly demeanor. They are super talented and like artists in regards to their beautiful work!!!! I Love This Company!!!

Did not show up the day they stated. Did not remove concrete, rail lose and riser on steps fell off. After a rough start, they came and fixed everything and built a fantastic cation for our pets. We love it. Have shown pics to friends and they all liked it.

Got work started right away, rate was reasonable and work was good. Their office manager was very responsive.

Quick follow up and great communication. We are just starting construction so I can’t yet review final product.
