Ed gave a fast and fair quote on a Saturday evening. Agreed to do the job on Monday morning. Showed up promptly and pleasant. The job involved replacing not only the water heater but water damaged drywall. He completed on the same day as promised. Great job! 👍🏻

Ed was prompt in his arrival to the appointment; he made suggestions regarding the Water Heater replacement, which I considered and chose an in kind replacement. He was very professional and extremely thorough in his work and picked up the Heater from the near by Home Depot, which I suggested. He left the work area clean and performed the task with perfection; I could not be more happier with his professionalism; I had asked him to do additional plumbing work at my residence, after he made a very sound suggestion. He drove 35 miles each way on a Saturday to replace a leaking water heater. Same day service on a weekend, pretty happy with that!

There was an issue with incorrect valve placement. He agreed to fix the next day and reasonable hold back until fixed.

He did a good job replacing the water heater and even crawled into a tight area in the attic to make sure the water heater exhaust vent was properly attached.
