Christina Clean

We've been with Christina for nearly 2 years. We've given her multiple chances and tried talking with her, but she ignores all pleas. She blames the customers or gaslights them. She micromanages and abuses her workers. We've talked with others who have hired Christina and they've reported the same. She lies to customers. She told a customer that she couldn't clean their house because she was going out of state that day. The very same day she was supposed to be "out-of-state," she was seen at the local salon getting mani-pedis with her daughter. I do not recommend this service to anyone. If you hire Christina Clean, you will regret it and have a hard time separating from this gaslighter.

Our house is pretty big and with 6 dogs and a bird, it's a lot to clean. We first hired Christina and her crew to deep clean the house before we moved in. We were so impressed with their work and the affordable price that we continued with her for weekly services. Even though Christina doesn't clean anymore due to health issues, whenever we call her about a question, concern, or additional service request, she is always very responsive and respectful. Even without Christina, her crew does an amazing job on their own! The women who come to clean are hard working, kind, and very considerate about our stuff. We have a lot of breakables and they are always delicate when cleaning around them. We have a lot of animals and the women are always kind to them, even when our puppies take off with their dust rags. We look forward to them coming each week, because our house feels so much more open and refreshed after they've cleaned. I would definitely recommend this company!

In the beginning, when Christina was actually doing the cleaning it was fabulous. However, as soon as she hired people to work for her, and spent more time on the phone rather than cleaning and managing her people, things quickly went down hill. I had her coming every Monday. It quickly went from clean to somewhat dusted, somewhat vacuumed, every photo on the wall is crooked, and moves items wherever they want to put them. I visited with Christina about this on three separate occasions. This week. it was the worst ever. It was like it was purposefully done out to spite. Rugs were moved to one section of a bathroom and trash cans were all placed beside the toilet. Bedroom vacuumed in spots only. Pics moved even more. I have had earrings missing on cleaning day and she will text that she asked her girls and they do not recall seeing them. My soundless hearing aid vanished, cleaning supplies just up and gone, but yet they bring their own. Hmmmmm One day they left my door to the outside standing wide open after they left. Still looking for mice and a snake to pop out any day! She says they got there at 8:30 and left by 10:30. Husband got home at 3:30 PM Cameras show them not coming in till 9:45. They will come in and rush through. Christina will tell you they do not but my property has surveillance and a passcode entry gate. They rush! If you can get Christina to clean it will be great, but she stays on the phone the entire time. Look elsewhere for your cleaning needs!

Amazing! Christina did a pre-move in cleaning of a post construction house and will clean my present home for move-in ready for new owners. Very very thorough and super friendly! I will have Christina continue to clean my home on a bi weekly basis â ¦ worth every penny! Hard honest work is becoming a rarity these days but Christina will not disappoint
