I paid Christine Brunet LAST YEAR for service. She FINALLY arrived around June of THIS year after repeated calls from me. While here, she and her partner wrecked my porches by NOT SPRAYING all the WOOD BUT by SPRAYING a lot of the VINYL SIDING and tree branches.I got to pay ANOTHER $400 to have her partner do this! Also, Christine charged me $2,400 to remove wax buildup from about 400 square feet of real wood flooring in my tiny house. She ONLY removed about 200 square feet of the wax and left the rest for me to do! What really upset me though was when she started talking about my farm land AND how she could get $12,000 for growing ONE illegal plant. She said she would split the profit with me. She explained to me that she had done it before. When I VEHEMENTLY refused and started saying NO, NO, NO, it was ILLEGAL, she said Id misunderstood her. She then said no one would believe me because shes tell everyone I had schizophrenia. That is true. BUT, as I said, that had nothing to do with HER shoddy, incomplete work or the fact that she seemed to be interested in growing ILLEGAL substances on my country land rather than doing what I had paid her the year before to repair. A couple of days later, I received a certified letter and a check for $100 marked refund for the almost $3,000 I had given her. I believe Christine Brunet thought that by my accepting that as a refund,she would be legally covered...and that I would NEVER have the nerve to write a review like this. I guess she did not reckon on a 75 year old mentally and physically ill woman saying:NO, NO, NO. YOU ARE NOT GOING TO TREAT ME LIKE THIS.

very knowledgble an even more important than that she was the only one who responded after a whole week of extreme frustration and freezing cold in here with aback up toilet too to even come it was xmas week she got me on Friday the end of that week and she first called on a sunday even but I didn't get her message, so then sunday night she said she would come Monday and she did even though she had people from out of town since it was new years day, can't get any better than that !

Christine arrived on time, was professional and the work was done in a timely manner. She removed a chandelier and put in a ceiling fan, regrouted a bathroom and made my entryway more useful/attractive. Made a 3'x4' slab entryway getting rid of the hardwood that was there as you came in. Will definitely use again. Her next project is installing storm doors on my mobile home.

Great job, worked me in before Thanksgiving. Was extremely prompt and hard working. She even had to buy a special tool to complete one of the jobs, which she did without question. Will definitely use again.

Christine is not only competent; she is knowledgeable, thoughtful, friendly, fair and forward-thinking. Believing I'd paint the oak of my 1980's style formica cabinets, in no time she put an end to that idea of mine by feeling the formica and pointing out that it was cracked where heat rises.

They showed up on time. I primarily wanted them to evaluate the problems with two doors. They said they would both be easy to fix. I said go ahead. They ran out to Lowe's for supplies. On their return they had it done fairly quickly. They indicated that a block of wood they inserted should be painted and offered to come back and paint it. I said I thought I could handle that. They were timely, efficient and reasonably priced.

We needed the floor under our laundry room reinforced and the workable area was less than ideal with only about 3 feet clearance along with a challenging climb over a rather large “rock”. Long story short, the floor is now rock solid! I would definitely recommend Christine.

Excellent results from repairing drywall issues from a removed built in daybed and office equipment. Very neat and clean. Have already recommended her to my neighbor. She is a very accomplished handyman.
