Snow Removal
Tom and his Crew never showed up to shovel snow as requested. Tom did not respond to numerous emails or answer any phone requests. After agreeing to pricing, all contact stopped.

TOM AND HIS CREW DID A GREAT JOB REMOVING A HUGE OAK TREE NEAR MY HOUSE. TOM IS AN OUTSTANDING GUY TO WORK WITH AND SO IS HIS TEAM. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. I WILL USE HIS SERVICES AGAIN AS NEEDED. THANKS TOM.

Snow Removal
Snow removal was good and very reliable. Tom reached out to me with a proposal to take care of mowing and lawn projects since I was a current customer and offered a fair price. We agreed on a date for lawn cleanup. The date was moved to the next day he was booked and had to cancel which I understood. He contacted me the following day and wanted to reschedule again. At this point I decided to work with someone else.

Very responsive and had a very good rate. The actual lawn mowing was subpar however. Large sections of the yard were missed all together while other spots were scalped.
