I hired them for my mom. We needed to get a receipt for tax purposes. After numerous texts, calls, and emails no one responded back or followed up on the work that was done.

Hired them for more Orkney, and they never showed up and never called. Very disappointed.

I guess the rate was comparable to other Plumbers but it seemed high for what was done

This is one of the best companies I have used in Allentown. It was a two man job and they came out didn't waste time with a lot of huffing and puffing of how hard the job would be which a received from the plumber from a highly reputable plumbing company in Allentown (it was nauseating). Christmas City Plumbing is a very efficient company and I would recommend them to everyone. I was able to get on their schedule immediately, they tested the sewer line and water lines before they left. A++ rating.

On the plus side Christmas City was prompt and agreed to do a job other plumbers wouldn’t do (uninstall, remove, and pick up new water heater). On the minus side in the middle of the job- after uninstalling the old heater - they informed me that they couldn’t accept the timetables of the warranty’s payment! So I had to pay them up front and submit for reimbursement which I still haven’t received.

Mike was able to show up on the day I needed him and was able to quickly identify the issue and fix the leak. He then proceeded to remedy the root cause. All done professionally, quickly and a fair price and I never had the impression they were cutting corners or using cheap materials. Happy with the work and will use them again.

Christmas City Plumbing completed the first phase of a bathroom remodel. They were responsive and completed the rough in work in the time frame I needed. Their work was done properly and is up to code. I will be contacting them soon for the final phase which includes installation of the bathroom fixtures. I thought their prices were very fair and would recommend their work to others.
