Bowman had a minimum cost to do anything: $150 for the first hour and $100 for the second. He did not tell us this until he was finished. The fan/light was not really broken; it needed 15 min. of work.

He was a little disorganized when he first arrived because we weren’t as clear as we should have been. But as soon as everything was all set he was very efficient....and did not charge us for his disorganization. We would definitely use him again. He was very responsive in our time of need trying to get our house ready to sell in a timely fashion.
