Chris is an amazing inspector - thorough, friendly, knowledgeable. He even pointed out recommendations for how to maintain items around the house. He also performed a septic inspection and he has top quality tools to perform that too. He was even able to locate the septic access points without any plans. This is the guy you want to inspect the biggest purchase of your life!

Chris is absolutely fantastic at his job. He shared what he knew about everything he inspected, he patiently explained when my daughter or I had questions about what he was looking at or testing and he went above and beyond helping us with our first house. I can't recommend highly enough and I, personally, will only turn to him for all of my home inspections.

When we accessed HomeAdvisor's web site Tuesday Feb 13, 2018 to search for a roofing inspector, Ist Choice was available to take appointments. We scheduled the appointment for the following Monday, Feb 19, 2018.. Chris called us right away and through our conversation we explained to him that our insurer wanted an inspection performed and wanted the results for that Friday, Feb 16, 2018. Chris accommodated us by re-scheduling to meet us on that Wednesday, February 14, 2018 giving us the needed time to respond back to our insurer. Chris Hayes, the owner of 1st Choice Inspection Services inspected the roof of our recent purchase.. Chris is very knowledgeable in his field. He goes beyond what I'm sure is required of his services to make sure every detail is covered and that his customers are satisfied. We were very pleased with his work and his personal attention to our needs.
