Chris was extremely knowledgeable in regards to any question that we asked. He was thorough in his inspection taking his time and often double checking. He communicated throughout the entire inspection all the while maintaining a pleasant and professional demeanor. He even took the time to sit down and address any question we had in addition to all the question we had already asked. He did not just tell us the answer in instances where he could show us he did so. Chris also provided us with a wonderful handbook. On the next day I called him after reading the report and he took the time to go over each item I did not understand. He made an otherwise nervous and stressful experience much easier. I would definitely hire this company again, as well as recommend to others.

Chris did a really good job on the inspection. The report was thorough, easy to follow, and showed a good eye for both safety issues and long term maintenance concerns. He documented things clearly, included useful photos, and explained the findings in a way that was practical and easy to get. He’s obviously careful, knowledgeable, and takes his work seriously.
