Thoughtful but also quick

I was extremely impressed with Christopher John Electrical. Dominick, the electrician assigned to my job, arrived at my house within hours of my placing the call (wearing paper booties to protect my wood floors, which I greatly appreciated). He repaired two outlets, which required that he go out to a nearby hardware store. The first store didn't have the supplies Dominick needed, so he made sure to call and let me know that he had to go to a Home Depot ten blocks away. Dominick did a beautiful job and was highly professional. Before he departed, he made sure that everything worked perfectly and that the area was spotlessly clean. Yes, Christopher John is a little pricey, but I would absolutely use the company again.

The company was responsive, attentive, and immediately. The person sent was highly competent, finish the job quickly and provide useful advice. It is not cheap, but I do not know whether there is better or comparable service available in the market, today. I would recommend it to others.

My service technician was very professional and Knowledgeable in resoling the issue with my ceiling fan. He explained to me the seriousness of the outdated electrical work in the ceiling. He wrote an extensive report that I will turn over to my building manager. It was a pleasure working with Mr. Genest,, and he is a wonderful asset to your organization.

They were professional, courteous, showed up on time and fixed he problem within an hour. However $262 to replace a fuse in the fuse box, which I had actually guessed was the problem from the start, was a difficult pill to wallow. I wish they quoted the $230 price just to show up, when I originally called. Once you stay home form work, and really just want the repair done, it's hard to go back to square one to find a better deal.

Scheduling was easy. Gerard came on time for the estimate. The price was right and he agreed to start work right then and there. He got right down to business diagnosing the problem and replaced two lighting dimmers. He cleaned up meticulously. I would certainly use again.

Am very happy with the work that they did. I moved into a coop I recently purchased and Gerard and his team did an amazing job with all the work I needed them to do. From wiring, to installation of new fixtures, including a chandelier in a concrete ceiling ! They were extremely attentive to detail, more so that i even am, and were extremely clean. The super in my building, who is known to be very tough with workers/contractors, only had great things to say about them as well. Would highly recommend. Thank you guys !

Prices were reasonable, Dominic figured out the wiring issue we had in no time. I also asked for quotes for other electrical projects we need to run and we will definitely use them again.

I was exceptionally pleased with the electrical work that Christopher Jon Electrical Contractors performed. This electrician responded to my request immediately, made an appointment and was punctual when he arrived the next day to estimate the work that I wanted done. He completed the job that very same day. After completing the electrical work he also cleaned up after himself. His work was oiutstanding and I would recommend him to my friends. His prices were reasonable.

I am very pleased with the service I received. Customer service people were polite, helpful and professional. Chris called about twenty minutes before appointed time to inform me he was on his way. I really appreciated that courtesy. He was on time. He and his assistant put on shoe protectors before entering the apartment. They were both neatly dressed, courteous and professional. Chris explained that the problem came from using too high a watt bulb in the fixture. He replaced fixture and went to the local hardware store to purchase the appropriate bulbs for us. He even changed the bulbs in two other fixtures. Highly rec him!

Christopher John is very good, but priced higher that the competition.

Alex and Flayviola from CJ Electric came the same day I called, diagnosed the problem and gave a fair price. The home base could be a little clearer on pricing structure but it was an overall good experience and the electricians themselves would rate a 5.

It was a pleasure working with with my Electrician, who was very professional and courteous in helping me with my electrical problem. I would use this service again, if I needed additonal electrical work in my home!
