Half assed, looks awful, and super expensive. He spent all of maybe an hour sealing my driveway that involved leaf blowing and spraying sealant. There was no weed whacking, washing, or crack filling. Although he managed to not get sealant on my house or brickwork he couldn't be bothered to take the same care everywhere else and the rest of the driveway is surrounded by a border of grass covered in sealant. It looks awful and despite all the talk about the sealant used I have no confidence it will do much of anything to protect my driveway. The price tag is about double of competitors which I wouldn't mind if the result had been in line with the price. I'm beyond disappointed. I'm disgusted. If only I could give negative stars.

Fast service for sealing driveway

l, Chiquita T hired Mr. Normile company to put on a brand new roof on my home in temple hills md on 3/13/2020. Three month after I call him about the problem with the new roof, and water was still coming into my home. I spoke to him on May 14, 2022, He stated on May 16, 2022, he would come out and address the problem I have email and texts this company. Until this day I have been calling him to come and correct the problem. No response as of 8/20/22. I have a 10 year warranty but I can not get him to come and look at the problem. I had another roofing company to come out, they took pictures and I send it to Mr. Normile, still no response. I have report his company to the BBB and I have started a small claim court lawsuit against this company. I would never send anyone to this company. I had also report this company to Angi list for bad work. Never again. This company has caused so much external and internal damage to my home over 5,000 worth, beware of this company. can not wait for my day in court, I bet I get some feedback then. It is a shame company like this go out of their way for your money, but work and quality does speak value

I hired Chris and his quote was $600 less than the next two quotes. The product he used seems great. It really sealed the asphalt, the water beads up on it nicely. The best part was we only needed to stay off of the Driveway for 24hours. Chris worked fast and was reliable and communicated well.

Chris and crew met with me to review and discuss the driveway seal coating. He gave me a competitive quote and set up a date to perform the job. When the job was completed we sealed the deal. I fully recommend Chris and his crew. Look forward to the re coating in 3 years.

I am a business person and I appreciate working with other businesspersons who do what they say they are going to do, do it on time and do it on budget. Chris Normiles company did just those things regarding putting a new roof on our cottage. I plan to hire his company again.
