He was most helpful and patient. Nothing was wrong with the printer or computer. He just had to show me how to print something from an e-mail. If I had hired him before I was told that the printer was out of alignment, which in the end was not the problem, I would have saved the cost of a new printer. I will never trust the other repair shop again!!!! They had told me that the alignment problem with my older computer could not be repaired, so it was recycled. NOT the problem! UGH!
