Christy Construction, Inc. has operated as a general contractor since 1993. President David Baca manages a variety of projects throughout the Albuquerque, Santa Fe, and surrounding areas. As general contractor and custom home builder, Mr. Baca maintains a diligent role in project planning, including fair and accurate cost estimates. In addition, Christy Construction is committed to providing closely monitored oversight of all fieldwork throughout the contract duration to ensure that no detail is omitted. In this way, the job is always finished on time, the client is fully satisfied, and Christy Construction's integrity and reputation remain unquestionable. As prime contractor, Christy Construction is involved from start to finish with media such as concrete, masonry; plumbing, mechanical, and electrical systems; all types of flooring, and interior and exterior finishes; paving and roofing systems; carpentry; and landscaping. We are qualified to construct residential homes of all styles . Christy Construction's contracts have included homes priced in ranges of $100,000.00 to 1,500,000.00.
