Gilbert, Luis, Steve, Chris, Kevin and Daniel were great to work with and the quality show s. Gilbert was great at all the tile work and dealing with a s as les and pre site inspection error. He delivered the quality we expected!

We just had our bathroom remodeled at our house in Sacramento. Dante, the foreman, and Nathan were both professional and great guys. They arrived every morning when they said they'd be here, always worked diligently and kept us in the loop as to what was going on with the remodel, and, what to expect in the following days. The quality of their work was exemplary. They never skimped on materials - only top quality stuff - and were accurate and detailed in their work. I highly recommend Chriswell, and, if you are lucky enough to work with Dante and Nathan, you'll know the job will be done right. FIVE STARS!

Chriswell did a lot of work on my house. The transformation is beautiful, but the quality control is seriously lacking as is communication between the office and work crews. They continually requested final payment before work was completed. I kept finding failures (visible holes, cracks and areas left I textured in ceilings); work order items not done, toilet not installed correctly; cracked tiles that broke after a few months; window screens not installed; floors were raised without leveling; employee contacts changing. They returned to complete repairs, but Im still waiting for my last return trip to finish repair when job was completed in their eyes 4 months ago. Job took 10 months even though I explained that I was paying rent, mortgage and storage while project was being done. They were in a hurry to be paid, but not so interested in inspection of quality of work. Visually a beautiful job, quality not so great

no work was performed,the visit was base on the presentaton and knowledge on the company,price of project . I signed the contract will continue to review at each stage of the project. Nicole is very knowledgeable of her job ......

I m very happy with the work done on my bathroom remodel. Of particular note is the quality of the materials used and the level of customer service provided. The work crew was thorough with details of the installation and the level of communication was exemplary. My only concern was the length of time required to complete the job, but it s better to do the job than to have to do it over. The project scheduler, Paris, was a Delores ght to work with.

We received fabulous customer service from Paris who was our main contact...texting throughout regarding every aspect! Love her! Our crew was amazing! Gerarado and Oscar were fabulous, courteous and kept our house clean during the remodel. I would highly recommend using Chriswell! I can't wait for the kitchen!

They hire others to do the work, which was a long drawn out experience, for a small bathroom renovation, no breaking walls, just replacements. It was a 5 weeks , 2 of them without a a shower . And having everything redone for at least 3 times plus having other people to complete the job ! Yes I signed the paperwork to get them out of my F ing space . Thank God it did tu

Worse experience I ever have working with home improvement contractors. I rate this company zero star for their total lack of project management skills including planning, scheduling and communications. I have to call every morning to see if anyone is going to show up to work. When the workers finally show-up to work, they have no idea what have to be done or what I selected or ordered. There's days when the worker had to run to HomeDepot for supplies several time in a day. Another time a worker was pull off in the middle of tiling because needs from another customer. I Do Not recommend this company for any bathroom works!

We looked at several contractors and decided on Chriswell Home Improvements. From the salesman (Sam) and the project manager (Sophia) to the installation team. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. As the project progressed Sophia would call me every Friday with an update as the windows were custom made by Milguard. Thank you so much Chriswell !!! Job well done.

In August, Chriswell Home Improvement began installing vinyl siding on our home. As is always the case with such large projects, there were a few unforeseeable delays, such as when the freeway was closed for several days due to a fire. However, the crew worked consistently whenever they could. They always arrived promptly at 8:00 and left at 6:00, and worked steadily throughout the day. The crew was obviously very experienced and skillful at this work. Overall, their workmanship was excellent. They were always receptive to any questions or concerns we expressed and provided good advice on the best way that something should be done. When the project was complete, they did a great job of cleaning up. Overall, we recommend Chriswell without reservation.

My windows are beautiful. The crew was very professional.

I hired Chriswell to replace the old wood lap siding with insulated vinyl. As part of the project, I wanted new insulation and OSB installed before the new vinyl was put on. The one problem during the project was that the siding color we received wasn't the correct color due to a communication breakdown in the order process. Our salesman Brad Vinnard made sure that we got the color we wanted installed on the house. Even though Criswell could not return the siding that had been ordered. (It was a custom color, I believe.) Anyway, they ordered the correct colors and had the siding delivered and our lead contractor Andrei (also great, BTW), got the OSB, insulation, and siding installed quickly once we had the correct colors. Overall, the company went above and beyond to respond to a problem and I'm considering using Chriswell on other renovation projects around the house.

I had some dry rot repair done and then had the siding put on. It turned out better than I could have ever expected. I am very happy with the job they did. The guys were very professional and courteous, and so easy to work with. I am hiring Chriswell for another job.
