Mark is such a great person to handle business with. He knows what he is doing and keeps the homeowner informed about everything that will be done and how things are going. I would hire mark anytime to do even the smallest jobs since I trust his abilities and love the outcome of his projects. The contractor (Mark) was very professional. Kept me, the homeowner involved and listened to the needs that needed to be met. One thing I really enjoyed working with mark is that he kept me in the loop of every stage that was going on with my remodel. The final product that was delivered exceeded our expectation and was under budget. If you want a person that cares about the homeowner's opinion and delivers an outstanding job you should have mark completed your next project!

I believe the best way to provide an accurate review is to break it down into two areas: -Customer Service -Workmanship Customer Service As one review mentioned, Mark is one of the nicest person I have ever met. Very professional, courteous, and always available to answer questions or provide guidance. I was away on travel, and Mark made sure to text updates throughout the whole project and keeping the line of communication open. I give special mention to how kind and understanding he was to our playful and some time mischievous puppy. Workmanship Mark's attention to detail is world class. Our floor looks like it belongs in a showroom, along with our lighting improvements. A few changes orders came up, and Mark handled them all with a smile and kept the project going. Working with Mark has been my best experience here in Midland, cannot wait to work again.

Mark did some landscape work, exterior painting, fascia repair, siding installation, and flat roof Gaco coatings, His work is spectacular. He is very conscious of quality. At the end of each day, he sweeps, picks up, puts up his tools - when he leave you don't even know someone was there working. His work was absolutely amazing. I would highly recommend hiring Chroma Construct to do any project you may have - they are capable, dependable and trustworthy. He is a Christ follower, and I was proud to be around him and thankful for his influence on me and my family.

Mark is one of the nicest people you'll ever meet. I am a very picky person, besides that and making changes during the process Mark always handled it well and professionally. He totally gutted our two bathrooms and redid everything from top to bottom and we couldn't be happier. He showed up on time everyday and was very dependable, so now I have other projects on the outside of my home I want Mark to tackle. All in all, a very good experience.

Mark has a strong work ethic and does great work. He is punctual and communicates throughout the project. He had to design and create two gates for our property in addition to installing a metal fence---a large, heavy arched wooden gate for the front side of the house, and an arched iron gate for the backyard. The fence and both gates are beautiful and well-constructed. The wooden gate took an eye for design and an ability to capture a look I desired for the space. We love what he created, and it is a one-of-a-kind. We highly recommend Mark and will use him again.

Mark came to review the tree trimming project on the same day I filled out the information on Home Advisor. On the day I called him that I was ready to schedule the project, he said he would be there in the afternoon. Via text he let me know when he was headed to the rental property and then again when he arrived so I could know when to meet him. He raised the canopy of the tree and made sure it looked balanced from the street. He cleaned up all the limbs and branches and even raked the yard to get the twigs. I agree with other reviewers that he was profession, punctual, trustworthy and dependable. We will look to his company for future projects.

I hired Chroma Construct for several jobs inside and outside of my home. As a retired professional, I required someone who was trustworthy, reliable and dependable. I have found Mark to be all of these and would highly recommend his services.

Professional, attentive to detail, punctual

Excellent service, done a great job from cutting down 2 large mulberry's to landscaping and replacing lawn, everything I ask they were more than willing to do and would show up when he said he was going to. Built a gate, painted fence, built a beautiful Pergola and gave great advice in choosing the best plants and grass for our area. Always cleaned up, and kept area neat while working.

Highly recomend their services!!! The guy who did the work was extremely nice and he did an amazong job on the tree!

I would highly recommend Chroma Construct to anyone. The quality of work was professional, on-time and no mess. My leak was fix in a prompt manner and costs were reasonable. We had a very big Mulberry Tree in our front yard. They were very meticulous when cutting the tree down. The wood was very neatly stacked and yard cleaned every day they worked. When the job was done it looked like the tree was never there. ( we also had the stump ground)

They're very professional overall, they"re very meticulous about their work and clean. They communicate with you whenever there's a problem of any sort. They've done a variety of work at my home from tree trimming and tree skirts in the backyard and will be building a patio out in the back yard that will wrap around the whole house. And I highly recommend them i've seen other work done by Chroma and was very impressed with an outdoor kitchen that was built along with 2 glass rock fire pits that were just amazing and will hopefully be getting one install by them also.

They are very hard workers. Easy to work with. They built a built in grill and a fire pit. Also built brick planters in the front yard.

This company is very professional. I wanted recycled wood to save costs based on my budget, it does not even look recycled it looks brand new. The company even hauled the recycled wood from Texas to New Mexico where I live. It only took two days to complete and is very sturdy which is what I needed considering the high winds in my area. I would highly recommend Chroma Construct to anyone.
