Very prompt and nice. Would use again

I trusted Chrystal Clean to clean while I was at work and when I returned home it looked like nothing was touched. The floors were dirty, there was dust on the furniture, and my cat's hair was everywhere. The only reason I knew they showed up is because the cash I left was gone. Do not trust these people in your home because it will not get cleaned.

I have had my home as well as several of my investment properties cleaned professionally by cleaning companies inthe past and this by far was the worst experience all around. They took $310 from me for a "deep clean" and the house was hardly touched. When I came home, it took me awhile to figure out if they had been there or not... the house was that dirty. Once I realized the check was missing from the counter, We called them and they said they were sorry and would refund us the following week when they were back in town. They asked me for pictures of the house which I provided to them that day. The refund never came. We called, emailed, texted and they never refunded us the money-they said they would instead, re-clean. Feeling like we had no other choice, we agreed to let them come back and re-clean. We tried to schedule this for several weeks and it was nearly impossible to get ahold of them and they never gave us a straight answer or were willing to schedule a time. They said too much time had lapsed and they were no longer going to clean. They actually denied ever saying they would refund us! They literally came in my house, spent a short period of time wiping a few things down and took the $310 check I left them on my counter. They cashed it immediately. The owner, Chrystal is a thief. Do not hire these people. There are plenty of other cleaning services out there who do good, honest work. You can't even work with this woman. She is unprofessional and unreasonable. We were so nice to her despite all of this and it got us nowhere.

I hire Chrystal to clean one of my customers home after a flooring renovation. Chrystal called and said she was running late and that she was traveling from Virginia to Mars, PA (north of Pittsburgh). The appointment was for 1:30. She said she would be there at 6:00 PM per my customer. This was totally unacceptable to them, so they cancelled her. I tried to reach Chrystal immediately and couldn't reach her my phone or text. Chrystal did call me back a couple of hours later and said that the 6:00 PM time was incorrect. Chrystal said she would be there by 3:00 and have to finish the project by 6:00 as she had another appointment. I am not sure how in less than 3 hours Chrystal was going to wash all the walls in three areas, clean all the window including tracks, dust, wipe down cabinetry, and clean the floors. I will say I don't know how many people are working for or with Chrystal, but I know there was a lot to do. I can see why my customer would lie to me or Chrystal, however this entire situation was not good. I had wished Chrystal had tried to reach me immediately when she was running late or when the customer cancelled as I was the person who had hired her. Unfortunately, I turned down others expecting Chrystal to do this work. I now have to refund money back to my customer as they did the cleaning themselves and it is more than what I was paying Chrystal.

Overall my house was very dirty they did a good job only missed a few items in my sunroom. I will be recommending Chrystal clean & more to others. Keep up the good work.

Quick, professional service

They showed up on time and stayed until after dinnertime. They were courteous, respectable, and thorough. I will have them again in the future and will tell my friends about them!
