Deck or Porch - Repair
First he was one hour late, poor time management throughout the job. Poor planing of the repair of the deck, so that the job was not completed by the end of the day. When he saw that he could not complete the job in time he wanted more money for his son that he brought along, even though he bid on the job inclusive labor. I had to haul lumber for him an extra time because of his poor planing. A suggestion of making the job more efficient was met with hostility on his part, it turns out that suggestion would have allowed the job to be completed in time. He does not view him self working for the homeowner but feels that he is the boss. End result is that I am stuck having to finish the deck repair hiring someone else. Beware of hiring this man for repair jobs.

Chuck called right away to discuss my project. He had more than enough experience to repair my kitchen drawers and a crack in my drywall. He came over right away and gave me a very reasonable estimate. The job was done to my satisfaction just a few days later.
