Since I have look really close I found a few things that are not right. There is a one inch tear in the wall behind the wall that I did not see as a towel was in front of it. Where they took the heater out there is a small bubble in the corner were the heater was. Also I don't think they took the out the old corner of the shower that was wet and a little mildew ,

We hired Chuck to repair a bathroom water leak and to completely remodel the bathroom. We were very pleased with the results. Chuck's crew was professional and friendly. We hired Chuck and his team for a medium-complexity bathroom remodel: replacing sink and vanity cabinet, adding an exhaust fan, and installing a shower enclosure over an existing tub. In the end, we were satisfied with their work, and we would not discourage friends from hiring them, but we'll be giving some thought to whether we'd use them again for future projects. Pros: Their cultured marble supplier is phenomenal (sink and tub look beautiful) and the installation work appears to be professional. The team who did the work, Bonifacio and Edgar, were always punctual, consistently cheerful and polite, and did a thorough cleanup after each day's work. Chuck also kept us in the loop in terms of scheduling, and when his team encountered a delay that was outside their control, he informed us immediately and worked with us to fine-tune the schedule for completing the work. Cons: The company's detail work left something to be desired. Our home has aluminum wiring, a fact which we'd pointed out to Chuck both verbally and in writing before the start of the job, and yet when the new circuit and light switch were installed the work was initially done without the necessary accommodations for aluminum. The team's finish work (sanding patchwork, making sure the outlet and switch were plumb with the wall) was mediocre on a first pass. Finally, our city building inspector found a violation in the shower install in his final inspection. To the company's credit, all of these mistakes were corrected immediately and thoroughly after being pointed out, but we aren't used to having to go over a contractor's work when it's complete to make sure everything's been done properly.

I asked for my existing vanity to be raised by four inches in addition to installing a new sink and fixtures. Chuck's team did an excellent job of building a frame to raise and support the vanity. Chuck and team are friendly and customer focused. I've already hired them to do wall repair in several rooms.

I really felt comfortable from beginning to end. The area was cleaned everyday and they finished ahead of schedule and its beautiful. Thank you Chuck.

Contractor was very easy to work with. Had them install a level entry shower. The show is amazing, and we love it every day! Reasonable rates and very satisfied with the experience overall.
