Concrete Patios, Walks & Steps Installation
We have been waiting for Chuck's Concrete to come and finish the project going on five weeks. The only thing that has been done is the removal of dirt only after I called him three times. We paid 1/2 of cost up front in good faith to have him start the project and he has not even called. I have to initiate all communication with him. I am totally upset and not impressed with this company's way of doing business. On our first contact, when he "took" the down payment he said he would be back in three days and it took him almost two weeks for him to send a couple of guys to remove dirt. Please intervene if you are able to. Thank you!
