Came out on one day's notice to install a Ring Floodlight Cam. Called ahead to let me know when he would arrive. Advised me about the best placement of cam for maximum coverage. Connection to wiring was very smooth. Did an additional assessment of rest of property with suggestions for camera coverage for additional security. No pressure to sell me anything. Just giving me information. Rounded service time down to mitigate excessive charge for service. Professional and courteous. I will gladly use their services in the future. Floodlight cam is working great.

The owner arrived to give us an estimate. He reiterated that he was coming over just to give us a quote to install the security cameras we had already purchased. He stayed for four hours trying to sell us his products (he said that he wouldn't do) and wouldn't leave the house until we made a decision. I felt pressured. I signed the contract for him to install our cameras for $ 1,600.00 (overpriced). After doing a walk through, he said that it would take 12 hours to get the job done. He also said that if he went over the 12 hours he wouldn't charge us for it. He said that it would take him two days to complete the job and the first day he would arrive at 10am because he had another job in the morning. First day, he arrived 2 hours late. On the second day, he told us that it would take an additional two hours over the agreed upon 12 hours to complete the job. He proceeded to charge us for the two additional hours to complete the job. I reminded him of the agreement that he said if he went over the 12 hours, he wouldn't charge me. Chuck lost his temper and began screaming at me. He stated that the contract I agreed to was merely and estimate. I told him not to raise his voice and he wanted to walk out without completing the job. My fiancé agreed to pay the additional hours so that he would finish the job. After several hours and an additional day of work later Chuck finally completed the job. Instead of a couple of days of work, he took four days to complete the job. Ultimately, I would not recommend this company with friends and family due to lack of professionalism, lack of time management and if you agree to meet with him for an estimate please record the conversation or take notes because he gets upset if you remind him about what was agreed upon in the contract. Just a friendly reminder, contracts (not quotes) are NOT estimates. If you sign a contract and agree on a contract the contract should specify the work, time it will take to complete, and materials included in the contract. If the company goes over the agreement, they should be responsible for the rest (unless indicated) in aforementioned contract. You should never feel pressured by a company to sign a contract in order for them to leave your house. Four hours is ridiculous!
