I called him regarding an LG pull out freezer door that needed to have the bracket put back on the freezer door so it could be placed back on the track. He came out and spent about an hour trying to get the bracket back on the door but could not. We even called LG support but he still could not get it. He said he had the owners repair manual at home and said he would come back tomorrow. The next day I had not heard from him so I called and left a message. He never returned my call and never came back! Nice man but not professional just leaving someone hanging!

We had set an appointment for 12:00pm, I had to call after about 45 minutes to find he had not left yet. He came out to look at ice maker, told what he thought the problem was, we agreed to have him come back to fix the issue. He said he would be back in a few days. Paid him $75 to diagnose the problem, but, he never called or showed back up to fix the problem. Disappointed with serivce

Great service and very friendly. Sears came in and replaced my icemaker with a refurbished item and said it was new. It did not even work. Chuck came in and checked everything out and replaced with a brand new one. He worked around my busy schedule which was totally awesome. Sears gave me an 8-5 Monday thru Friday. Chuck came out on a Saturday and works past 5 o'clock. Price is very reasonable and again Service was outstanding.

My clothes dryer was not drying the clothes. I called Chuck and he called me back promptly. He came and identified the problem but needed to order a part. He showed me the completely broken heating coil, but he was able to wrap the ends together to get the dryer heating so I could use it until the part was received. My dryer now has a new heating coil and is working well. I was absolutely delighted with Chuck's service, and the price was lower than I expected.

Very professional

I called Chuck to look at a refrigerator that was not cooling and burner on the stove that was not working. He came out the same day I called him and determined what the problems were. A few days later, when the parts were in, Chuck arrived at the time he said he would, installed the parts and everything is working great. I will call Chuck again when I need something fixed and recommend his services to others.

I had several jobs that I hired Chuck to accomplish and I have been pleased with everything he has done. He redecorated my kitchen cabinets and all my guest compliment the job. He did ceiling repair work for me under the carport and I am very pleased with that job. Next he is fixing my dryer andi have no concerns. I highly recommend Chuck for anything you need done.
