The Culligan product has us a longer lasting product than others. Our water is much better since Culligan I stalled the water softener. They were timely and professional and on budget!

I had bids from two other companies. Their prices were 2 to 5 times as much as Culligan. Rain Soft was very hard sell and have rediculous prices. I dont understand why anyone buys their products. I very much appreciate Culligan straight forward approach and honesty

Professional, friendly hard working. Had to be rescheduled and would have thought I would get a reminder call the night before about what time but didnt. Not sure they were coming until technition called at 10am that day.

The experience was excellent until the Install, it was originally scheduled early morning and after a couple of calls the tech showed up at 1:30. No follow up from the company as to the arrival time etc. Once the Tech arrived he was fast and appologized for the late arrival. A simple phone call from the company would have allowed me to bette make use of my morning.

A truly satisfying business transaction depends on how the customer is treated if something goes wrong... if there are unpleasant surprises. When you have an old house, surprises are common. In my transaction with Chuck the Water Man there WERE unpleasant surprises, but I found this company willing to go above and beyond to keep promises... to "make it right"... to please me, their customer. Chuck's company is in good hands: they say they care and they proved it under difficult circumstances. I am VERY impressed !!
